People always ask me how long I’ve been a photographer for and the clichè (but true) answer is for forever. I’ve walked through many alleys that led me to photographing weddings. In 2013, I worked for the Field Museum photographing meteorites, then after graduating from School of the Art Institute of Chicago, I worked as a freelance photographer in the automotive industry, then as a portrait photographer at a studio. It wasn’t until 9 years ago I decided I loved photographing couples and boudoir, it was always meant to be my niche. Falling in love with my partner Andy made me see couples in a new light. He turned my grinchy heart into mush and now I cry at almost every wedding (and most movies tbh).
